Responsibilities:
- Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for client I&IT initiatives.
- Ensures project deliverables meet clients business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with client project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Client exp. led large GOV projects.
- Blend of exp. working with stakeholders / leading IT projects.
- Familiarity with ITS - enterprise PMO exp.
- Vendor management and transitions.
- Windows 11 migration project / migration strategy /digital workplace project / work-print project.
- Exp. with migration project - ability to communicate part of migration.
- Strong communication - demonstrated exp.
- Evaluation Breakdown.
- Public Sector Experience - 35%.
- Describe candidates experience managing public sector projects involving IT procurement.
- Should include knowledge of Category Management phases and approach.
- Should include knowledge of client/IT Project Management governance.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure - 20%.
- Describe candidates experience managing IT Infrastructure and related services vendor transitions.
- Should include knowledge of ITS services and related transition services.
- Experience with client Enterprise Project Management requirements will be an asset.
- Provide examples of effective communication in various scenarios which mitigated and resolved complex issues.
- Demonstrated experience of working with key stakeholders and using communication skills to negotiate and documenting any process related intelligence.
