  Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites safely and efficiently
• Load and unload landscaping equipment daily
• Operate mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools
• Perform lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, and trimming
• Complete weeding and garden bed maintenance
• Ensure job sites are clean and professional upon completion
• Work closely with crew members and lead by example
• Report to supervisor and assist with daily planning
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
• Follow safety procedures and represent the company professionally
