What You'll Do

• Become a Brand Specialist: You'll build brand loyalty and help our customers become proud “owners” of our e-bikes. You're curious—always asking questions to understand customers' needs and customizing recommendations to enrich their lives.

• Deliver an Unmatched Experience: Provide top-tier customer service by seeking to understand our customers' goals, sharing product knowledge, and offering relevant purchase options.

• Stay Current & Knowledgeable: Proactively keep up with Scooteretti's product line, services, and purchase processes. Share what you learn with teammates and customers alike.

• Sales & Support: Process transactions accurately, respond promptly to inquiries (in-person, by phone, email), and maintain a neat, welcoming store environment.

• Team Collaboration: Support your peers by sharing best practices, assisting with store events and demos, and stepping in where needed to provide a seamless customer journey.

• Maintain Standards: Uphold accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in all day-to-day tasks. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
