The Role

Oversee the delivery of the CELPIP exam, help deliver a smooth and efficient test administration, and report on test delivery.

The schedule is Wednesday - Friday, 1pm - 9pm, and Saturday - Sunday, 7.30am -4pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee the delivery CELPIP testing
• Ensure test room and equipment is ready for delivery
• Coordinate test takers and provide a smooth customer service experience
• Administer test and understand the responsibilities of a test-day technician and invigilator and be available to fulfil those roles as needed
• Resolve and document issues as they arise and submit reports
• Upload and securely store tests
• Understand and enforce testing guidelines and rules

Education and Experience

• Fluency in speaking, listening, reading and writing English
• Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
