RETAIL ASSISTANT

We have an opening for a Retail Assistant for our Orillia, Ontario location. if you have outstanding customer service experience, enjoy working with the public, can multitask are detail oriented and have a strong work ethic, then we'd love to hear from you!

Details:

12 - 24 hours

Weekdays, Saturday's on rotation

Hot food handling & serving experience, definite asset

Positive, friendly attitude & enjoys working in a team environment

Attention to detail & accuracy is paramount

You are sales oriented

Experience working with cash in a busy environment is a definite asset

Kitchen experience, preferred

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferred

Good verbal communication skills

Energetic, strong work ethic, flexible, reliable & the ability to learn & thrive with new skills & opportunities

Food Handlers certificate or prepared to obtain

Experience in handling & serving of takeaway foods

Experience preparing food an asset

POS & Cash handling experience an asset

Job Responsibilities

Greeting customers in a friendly manner

Ability to answer questions regarding prices & products

Following direction

Ability to open & close the shop (we will train)

Receiving goods, adding items to inventory counts, preparing items for display

Set-up & Take Down of Hot Counter

Ongoing Daily cleaning of shop in line with company protocol's
