Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, and audit preparation. This role will also play a key part in the implementation of a new ERP system and drive process improvements to support the company's growth and compliance initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Lead the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
• Manage and coordinate external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors to ensure a smooth year-end audit process.
• Support the implementation and optimization of a new ERP system, including data migration, testing, and training.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and reporting needs.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data, and produce financial reports or statements as needed by management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes and drive implementation of best practices.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax and regulatory submissions in collaboration with internal or external tax advisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close processes, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.
• Prior experience supporting or leading external audits.
• Experience with ERP systems; involvement in ERP implementation or upgrades is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with tax regulations, internal controls, and compliance standards.
