- Supervise and coordinating activities of staff
- Cash handling
- Managing rush-ready food and supply inventory levels
- Assists in setting and achieving speed of service targets
- Facilitating communication between front and back of house, and with management
- Ensuring guests are served efficiently and safely
- Monitoring and reporting any necessary repair of equipment to the manager
- Train and coach other team members in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintaining and keeping up to date on food safety and cleaning records
- Handling and receiving product deliveries
