We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support our daily operations and ensure smooth office management.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- G license is an asset
