End-to-End Sales Management: Own the entire sales process, from identifying and generating leads to securing new business and closing complex deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
Technology Consulting & Business Development: Leverage your expertise in technology consulting to promote services including project staffing, digital transformation, and full lifecycle project support for financial institutions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within financial institutions, positioning the company as a trusted partner for technology projects.
Collaboration for Project Success: Work closely with leadership, client services, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth handoff and project execution, creating value for clients from the initial sale through successful project completion.
Proven Sales Expertise: Significant experience in selling technology services to financial institutions, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets within the banking, insurance, and broader financial services sectors.
Industry-Specific Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology solutions like system integration, digital transformation, software development, and project management, especially as they apply to financial services.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technology solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to present tailored solutions to senior-level clients.
Strategic Relationship Builder: Established network within the financial services sector in Canada (wider geographic connections are a bonus), with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and align solutions with client needs.
