Position Overview

The Director of Office Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategies of our dental practice. As an operational strategist, you will identify areas for improvement, manage office resources effectively, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the office staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively, implementing solutions that enhance workflows.
  • Manage budgets and optimize costs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and report on progress to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Proficient in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective operational plans.
Desired Experience

Salary & Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 CAD
