This, in combination with our fantastic client service, is what has kept our clients coming back, even 30 years later. Now, we're busier than ever, and are looking for a new member to join our team. If you have knowledge of commercial furniture, or have worked in the commercial furniture industry, then you'll be well-equipped to join us as our new Estimator! Estimator (Commercial Furniture): In this position, you'll take the lead on providing quotes to our clients for their commercial furniture projects. Working as part of a team, you'll connect with clients over phone and email to explore, clarify, and understand the scope of their project needs. And finally, once the client accepts the quotation, you'll move the project forward by entering the order details in our system. You'll send the order to our manufacturers, making sure all the details are ready for the next phase of the process. That is when operations steps into the process managing the order and installation. Your work is critical to the success of operations and having a happy customer. We work closely as a team, so from time to time, you may be required to visit a client to drop off samples or take measurements. You may also be required to pick-up samples from manufacturing companies, go to bank or pick up office supplies. Teamwork sometimes involves doing things beyond our job description. Why you'll love this role: You'll have an opportunity to work with varied clients (education is our specialty, but we also work with corporate clients across a variety of industries), serving as a key player in their design and planning process.
