Our client is a 100% Canadian leader in Fire and Safety, hiring a Branch Operations Manager for their location in Thunder Bay. The successful candidate will inherit a thriving location, with the opportunity to grow business their way.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Skilled in leading a field service team
• Highly motivated, and focused on meeting and exceeding targets
• Able to build relationships within their team and the company, as well as the clients they support.
• Decisive; able to analyze information and situations and make timely decisions
• Ready to travel (including overnight travel) to operating locations throughout the province as well as to remote client sites as required

The ideal candidate will have 5+years of experience in a technical Team Leading role, living near Thunder Bay, but all strong applicants will be considered!
COMPENSATION:

• Base Salary + Annual Bonus for OTE of $100K+
• RRSP matching and Benefits, plus all road expenses covered
