About the RoleAs a senior leader, you'll own and expand a high-value sales pipeline across the financial and energy sectors. You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning business needs with digital solutions that deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
Build deep, consultative relationships with C-suite executives in banking, insurance, and energy
Position the company's services as strategic solutions for digital transformation, platform growth, and AI integration
Translate client challenges into tailored service proposals with measurable outcomes
Collaborate with internal delivery and advisory teams to ensure successful engagements
Contribute to company-wide growth and mentor junior business development team members
Proven success in selling technology consulting and digital transformation solutions
Strong network and credibility with financial services and/or energy sector leaders
Familiarity with enterprise engagements: modernization, system integration, advisory consulting, and staffing models
