We are growing, and we are looking for the next Real Estate Assistant to join our team. Real Estate Assistant; As our new Real Estate Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support multiple Sales Representatives with their specific market and client needs. You will also be responsible for handling administrative duties needed to support the Sales Representatives. You will be tasked with various client and market-related duties such as writing offers, broker loading listings, researching and assembling comparative market evaluations, reviewing monthly listings, working with agents to prepare seller and buyer files, performing land title searches, and more. You will also perform administrative duties such as booking and confirming appointments, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing letters, filing documents, and other general office maintenance. Beyond your experience in administration and the real estate industry, you are someone who is: * Efficient – you prioritize your time efficiently, which allows you to take on multiple tasks at once for various individuals. * Attentive to details – you are accurate and precise when completing tasks and have an A-Type personality – the details really matter! * Able to work under pressure – you stay calm and focused in stressful situations, which allows you to adhere to tight deadlines. * A team player – you work well with others in a collaborative effort to help and support each other, even when the task at hand may not be your direct responsibility. * Willing to learn – you have a constant desire to learn and grow, whether it's learning something new or building upon your previous knowledge. * Takes initiative – you are proactive and like getting things done rather than waiting to be told to do something. The Details This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Additionally, after 6 months of employment, you will be eligible to start receiving a monthly bonus (if applicable). Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am–5pm, with occasional evenings throughout the year to attend industry or company events. You may also work an occasional evening to meet with clients. Our new, modern office is located close to Downtown Oakville, Kerr Village, the lake, and numerous restaurants, cafes, and parks.
