We are looking for an Onboarding & Development Assistant to support our hiring and onboarding processes. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, this role is a great fit for you!
Your main tasks will include posting job openings, tracking applications, guiding new hires through onboarding, and keeping records up to date. You'll also play a key role in helping new employees feel welcomed and supported.
No specialized experience is required—if you're comfortable using computers, a strong communicator, and good at staying organized, you'll do great in this role!
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support

• Post job openings on job boards.
• Review applications and help schedule orientations.
• Communicate with candidates and answer questions about the hiring process.

Onboarding & Employee Support

• Help new hires complete paperwork and get set up in our system.
• Track employee progress to ensure all onboarding steps are completed.
• Keep employee records updated (availability, work history, certifications, etc.).
• Serve as the main contact for new hires, providing guidance and support.

General Support & Organization

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating between staff and management.
• Help organize orientation sessions and track attendance.
• Work with the team to improve and simplify onboarding processes.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Strong communication skills—you enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Previous experience in HR, administration, or customer service is a plus.

This position will begin as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
