Our client, a well-established award-winning law firm in Downtown Vancouver, is looking to hire a Corporate M&A Lawyer for their growing Corporate Commercial practice.

About the Role

This Associate will be working in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions.

The Offer

This role offers a salary up to $150,000, commensurate with experience, robust benefits, and the opportunity to grow your practice through being provided mentorship and career development opportunities. Should you exceed 5 years of call, there may be flexibility in compensation.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of call
• Proficient in Corporate Commercial Law, preferably with a background in Mergers & Acquisitions
• Member in good standing with the British Columbia Bar
