Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maven in creative writing, online marketing and social media platforms
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person, phone calls, emails
  • Welcome customers to the store, educate and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • High school; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
  • Appreciated previous experience: Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breitling, Bulgari, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, Ebel, Girard Perregaux, Gucci, Hamilton, Harry Winston, Invicta, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, Longines, LVMH, Montblanc, Movado, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Rado, Raymond Weil, Richemont, Rolex, Swatch, Tag Heuer, TechnoMarine, Tiffany, Zenith
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Upbeat: A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
