POSITION: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 40+ front-of-house (FOH) staff.
- Mentor and support floor managers and supervisors to ensure strong leadership across all shifts.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture built on service excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Operations & Service Execution
- Oversee daily FOH operations with a strong presence on the floor.
- Manage service flow, guest interactions, and recovery with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate large private dining events with precision and attention to guest needs.
- Maintain service standards and actively participate in training and development programs.
- Restaurant Systems & Controls
- Handle staff scheduling and labor cost controls to optimize productivity.
- Oversee beverage and wine inventory, ordering, and cost control systems.
- Utilize restaurant management tools such as POS, scheduling platforms, and inventory systems effectively.
- Guest Experience Leadership
- Champion high-touch hospitality and genuine guest connections.
- Ensure consistency in service standards, staff knowledge, and table touch presence.
- Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is preferred.
- Financial & Strategic Contributions
- Assist in managing Profit & Loss statements, budgeting, and achieving financial targets.
- Support goal setting, performance tracking, and local marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3–5+ years of restaurant management in high-volume or upscale dining.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant systems, labor controls, and beverage programs.
- Leadership: Proven success managing large teams
- Service-Driven: A genuine love for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Availability: Must have flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

COMPENSATION:
Total Compensation Package: $60,000-$70,000
