Career Opportunity

Brimell Toyota a proud member of Drive Autogroup, is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for supporting our Sales Department and assisting our clients in enjoying their newly purchased vehicle. They would have an appreciation and eagerness to learn more about the latest technology found in today's vehicles and be comfortable with interacting with clients to provide them with vehicle demonstrations to get them familiarized with their new purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all vehicles scheduled for delivery are properly prepared – detailed, licensed, fueled, etc.
  • Scheduling a delivery time that is convenient for the client and customizing the delivery based on the client's preference.
  • Presenting keys and relevant paperwork to the client.
  • Demonstrating interior and exterior vehicle features and personalizing the delivery to align with the client's needs/interests.
  • Communicating the benefits of the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership's services and amenities.
  • Other duties as required by management.

Licensing

  • Process Vehicle Titles and Registrations
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit documents for title and registration of new and used vehicles.
  • Enter vehicle and customer information into dealership online systems.

  • Monitor electronic filing systems for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with sales staff and finance managers to gather required paperwork.

  • Ensure all documents are ready and correct before submission.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
  • Must have Ontario Full G License
  • Must have a clean driving record.
