- Assist in development of recruiting strategies.
- Conduct screening interviews and schedule meetings.
- Assist in posting of ads in different job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years HR related experience.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting/human resources work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
