Position Summary:
As an Experienced Wood Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of wood fencing. You must be familiar with tools of the trade, understand construction best practices, and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and lay out fence lines accurately

• Dig post holes and set fence posts securely

• Cut, assemble, and install wood fencing and gates

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely

• Read and interpret site plans or customer instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Communicate professionally with team members and clients

• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every project

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience installing wood fences

• Strong understanding of fencing techniques and tools

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
