Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk projects for Government I&IT initiatives.
  • Prepare and edit clear, compelling presentations, briefing notes, formal meeting minutes/action items, and responses to queries/issues.
  • Navigate interactions with colleagues, senior executives, and project teams with political acuity and tact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to facilitate project success.
  • Ensure stakeholders receive accurate, comprehensive, and meaningful information in a timely manner.
  • Document fast-moving executive conversations with limited context and seek alternate sources of information to ensure understanding.
  • Coordinate various projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, professionalism, diplomacy, and the capability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Utilize broad IT knowledge and experience to support project needs.
  • Proficiently use word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, as well as document repositories such as SharePoint.
  • Apply Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Planner, kanban boards) to manage projects efficiently.
  • Leverage familiarity with AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.

  • Evaluate demonstrated relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
Analytical/Problem-Solving Skills (35%):
  • Evaluate their ability to ensure stakeholders receive accurate, comprehensive, and meaningful information in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate their ability to document fast-moving executive conversations with limited context and seek alternate sources of information to ensure understanding.
  • Consider their comfort in coordinating various projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Assess their self motivation, professionalism, diplomacy, and capability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Technical Skills (25%):
  • Broad IT knowledge and experience.
