Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community setting services.

We are looking for a Manager, Business Initiatives – Healthcare Operations who will take bold business concepts and bring them to life, from idea to execution.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Client Services, the Manager, Business Initiatives – Healthcare Operations will collaborate with local leadership across various CTG branches to implement innovative business solutions that will enable increased access to care for our clients while enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating risks.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Mississauga office.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with branch leaders to understand operational challenges and develop tailored solutions.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Innovation: Implement new and innovative business solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.

  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented solutions and report to the Senior Governance Team

Skills needed for success:

  • Have a Master's Degree in Businees Administration is required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or a related field

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
