Position Overview:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensure efficient execution of restaurant standards, and be the driving force behind our team's success. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and committed leader who is looking for long-term employment, skilled in both front and back-of-house operations, and comfortable with financial accountability. Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a strong team. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.

· Guest Experience: Exceptional customer service, consistently engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, handling any concerns professionally, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

· Operational Oversight: Direct all daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Coordinate with kitchen staff to monitor food preparation and presentation.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Regularly conduct audits to uphold these standards.

· Inventory & Budget Management: Manage inventory ordering and stock control, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize expenses without compromising on quality.

· Financial Performance: Drive revenue by setting targets, analyzing key financial metrics, and implementing sales-building strategies. Maintain records, manage payroll, and oversee cash handling procedures.

· Strategic Planning: Work with management to set monthly and quarterly goals and align team efforts to meet these targets. Plan and execute strategies to enhance service, profitability, and brand reputation.

· Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring all equipment is operational and the restaurant environment is appealing and functional.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

· 5+ years of hospitality skills in managerial roles.

· 2+ years of cooking/kitchen experience.

· Strong background in food service operations, health and safety compliance, and team management.

· Solid understanding of inventory and cost control practices.

· Ability to analyze financial reports and translate insights into actionable improvements.

· Experience with scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.

· Must have a personal vehicle.
