So exactly what type of individual are we looking for in a GameTime Social Server/Bartender?
We are looking for someone who is obsessed with fun, service, and providing all guests with a truly authentic, genuine, and simply unforgettable experience.
The successful candidate will play a KEY role in contributing to our guest satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow GameTime Social systems and standards for service.
- Role will begin as a Server, transitioning to Bartender.
- Bartenders need to follow recipes.
- Provide personable and efficient service to ensure guest needs are met at all times.
- Be confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order.
- Seamlessly work with other current staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis.
- Have the initiative to further develop skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience with Silverware POS is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Ability to work as a team.
- Follow specific directions and instructions.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high to mid-volume restaurant.
- Smart Serve certified.
- Familiar with industry best practices and standards.
WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS:
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Must be able to work weekends, days, and nights, all shifts availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.Salary: $17.20 per hour + cash tips paid at the end of shift.Part-time hours: 10-40 per week.
