Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and reports
Maintain and update standardized reports regularly
Support the team in meeting SLAs, KPIs, and business goals

Maintain a basic understanding of insurance practices and related regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of administrative or clerical experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in insurance or operations support is a plus
