Senior Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves leading maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and manage multi-site maintenance teams, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Engineering or related post secondary education
• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, automation, and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.

Salary - 145-160,000 range base
