Position Type:

• Full-Time or Contract (your choice)

• Location: Canada-wide

  • Remote (Virtual therapy sessions)

  • In-Person (if available in your city or preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for children with speech and language needs

• Deliver therapy sessions (virtual or in-person) with engaging, evidence-based practices

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapy goals

• Supervise support staff or CDAs (if applicable)

• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and progress documentation

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to resource development

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing with your provincial regulatory body (e.g., CASLPO, ACSLPA, etc.)

• Experience with pediatric populations preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with virtual platforms and teletherapy tools

• Passion for accessibility, inclusion, and family-centered care
