Job Description:
Deliverables:
  • Will work alongside Business Leaders and ERP Program Operational Team members to frame business problems, analyze different alternatives and propose functional solutions.
  • Deliver and support IT solutions that meet Client s business requirements and goals, while adhering to standards and best practices and maintaining information integrity across all solutions deployed within the Oracle Fusion environment(s).
  • Interact with various stakeholders to collect and understand client and technical requirements.
  • Identify and document key business drivers.
  • Lead or participate in the development, review and update of project deliverables, including but not limited to business case, business process diagrams, SOPs, functional requirements, etc.
  • Work with ERP Program Operational Team members and business areas to define and document release related benefits, outcomes and measures.
  • Participate in the development of testing strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure smooth transition into training and deployment.
  • Contribute to the release management process by providing input to the to the Release Coordinator and operations team.
  • Assist business lines with adoption of new business processes including any analysis or best practice recommendations as required.
  • Providing analysis and support for teams performing systems configuration, systems integration, reporting, process adoption, process automation/workflow, and testing.
  • Developing expertise in how the ERP Solution works across multiple Business Domains.
Mandate Requirements:
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or in another related discipline and a minimum of five years of related experience with guiding businesses in improving processes.
  • 2 year College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of seven years related experience with exposure to analysis of organizations or business domain and documentation of their business, processes and supporting systems. YES/ NO
  • 7 Years Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, associated with business transformation, process design activities and IT Solution implementations.
  • 5 Years experience with one plus Oracle Fusion Cloud products: Human Resource Management, Financial Management Procurement and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Scored Requirements:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as Human Resources, Procurement or Finance. 5 Years
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). 5 Years
  • Experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC). 3 Years
  • Experience in assessing the impacts and risks of customization and configuration to support long term system and business process sustainability within a SaaS application. 5 Years
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably in the fields of Human Resources, Finance and/or Procurement.
  • SaaS Implementation experience is an asset. 5 Years
  • Demonstrated experience in proper prioritization of assigned activities or tasks.
  • Describe candidate approach to managing candidate time through proper prioritization of activates.
  • Identify what inputs (sources of information) and check and balance candidate apply to ensure proper prioritization. 5 Years
  • Experience in documenting existing business processes and developing new business processes to support the implementation of new technical solutions. 7 Years
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements. 7 Years
  • Experience in the implementation of technical solutions in an operational environment, both technical and business. 7 Years
  • Experience in documenting traceable requirements that allow for testing, validation and evaluation in meeting the business needs. 7 Years
  • Demonstrated experience in developing operational procedures, standards, and/or policies to achieve identified business outcomes.
  • Provide details on the types of deliverables produced and the approach taken to produce them. 5 Years
  • Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP. Yes / No
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French would be an asset. Yes / No
