Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the business that include inside sales, outside sales, inhouse service, field service, light production, engineering, and accounting.
- Creating and implementing growth strategies in line with North American and corporate goals and objectives
- Ensuring that all departments are operating in line with corporate goals.
- Setting and tracking KPI's for all internal departments that are inline with corporate goals.
- Setting annual budget in line with corporate guidelines and policies and managing the budget throughout the year.
- Managing the P&L of the organization in line with corporate guidelines and policy
- Recruiting, hiring, training and managing the local staffing needs
- Maintain sales responsibility with a limited number of direct key accounts, partners, or end-users
- Work with Operations Manager to prioritize:
- engineering activities for quotes, orders, and service
- purchasing, production and service have all required documentation
- service activity for inhouse repairs, field service and commission
- building and shop cleanliness and a 5S program
- establish a shop floor management process
- setting shop schedule and monitoring performance
- Work with Sales Manager to prioritize:
- Quoting activities
- Sales tracking through CRM system
- Setting territory goals
- Evaluating sales partners
- Establishing pricing structure based on market needs
- Tracking quotation activity
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of manufacturing and sales experience
Travel:
Some Domestic and International travel may be required.
