We're looking for a talented bookkeeper to join our team!

We can't wait to see your experience in action:

• Maintaining clients' accounting records using Sage and QuickBooks
• Preparation and submission of HST, WSIB and EHT filings
• Year-end adjustments
• Training clients on all aspects of Sage and QuickBooks, such as job costing and budgeting within the program
• Trouble shooting when clients call in
• Completing T1, T3, T4/T5 returns
• Assisting with various corporate and personal tax planning
• Preparing payroll
• Travelling to clients to provide exceptional service

We know you've got what it takes:

• 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience – CPA firm experience would be a welcome asset
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word - an introduction to CaseWare would be a welcome asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines
• An impeccable eye for detail, with great retention and recall
• Ability to travel for client site visits

The Salary for this rewarding entry level position, ranging from $32,000 - $35,000, is commensurate with experience. We're looking forward to welcoming the right candidate to the team!
