SORA Clothing is looking for a Marketing Director to join our team in Toronto. Who will start as a Marketing director assistant at first and will take over the role of the Marketing director in a few months time. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness

Job Requirements:

• Experience in successful and proven SMM for TikTok and IG
• Understand the Anime industry and the merchandise within it.
• Assist with creating and maintaining marketing campaigns for the company.
• Work with the other team members to create and implement marketing campaigns.
• Assist with creating and maintaining marketing materials for the company.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product packaging.
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all segments of the brand's marketing strategy (Social Media, Ads, Influencers....)
• Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
• Provide management with regular reports on marketing efforts, including but not limited to: budgets, reports, etc.
• Research new market trends to stay current on industry trends.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Determine product demand and customer awareness.
• Review and optimize the marketing budget
