We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative for one of our clients to support business growth across Southwestern Ontario.

This role focuses on expanding market presence and maintaining relationships with existing customers in industrial, institutional, and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new opportunities, and promoting a comprehensive product line designed to enhance equipment performance and reliability. The position involves frequent travel within the assigned territory, with four days dedicated to client-facing activities and one day set aside for administrative work and reporting.

Compensation Structure:

This is a performance-driven, 100% commission-based role designed to reward results and sales initiative. To support your onboarding and ramp-up period, a temporary earnings stability program will be in place during the initial six months, ensuring you have the opportunity to establish a strong sales pipeline and transition confidently into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong market presence across SW Ontario by promoting and selling a wide range of advanced caster products.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, building long-term business relationships.
  • Engage in active prospecting and client visits four days a week, with one day reserved for entering data and providing weekly updates

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Outside Sales with a proven track record of building a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with distribution centers and dealers, particularly in industrial, institutional, or healthcare sectors.
  • Background knowledge or experience in casters or related products is an asset.
  • Thorough understanding of the Ontario market and its various regions.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within the province.

Training:

Comprehensive training will be provided, including a potential one-week program in Montreal, to support your success in the role.
