Our products offer architects, builders and owners an opportunity of creating beautiful timeless projects that will create enhanced value. Arriscraft Canada Brick is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative for the Greater Toronto market. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling and developing specifications for our products with architects, interior designers, and other influencers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactively develop relationships with architects, designers, spec writers, owners, construction managers and general contractors to increase preference and demand
  • Actively identify and track projects from the early design stages to influence the sales process
  • Monitor competitive activity and strategically promote the Arriscraft Canada Brick offering
  • Identify and target new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Maximizes short and long-term growth in sales volume and industry position
  • Collaborate with key internal departments to provide customers with solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
  • Build and deliver targeted sales presentations to key stakeholders in the business to drive awareness, preference, and specification
  • In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, identify new product opportunities
  • Represent Arriscraft Canada Brick at relevant industry trade shows and events

Qualifications:

  • Self motivated individual seeking a career position with an innovative and leading masonry products company.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally with experience selling to the architect/design community
  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Design, Architecture, or other related field
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Design and technical expertise/aptitude
  • Self-starter with very strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to identify key decision makers and build relationships. An adept networker with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven
  • A curious, solutions-based mindset
  • Ability to manage projects and execute on key deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Collaborative nature with an influential leadership style
  • Computer proficiency, including all Microsoft Office programs, etc
