What is it?
The Service BDC Representative is the first point of contact for customers coming into our Service Department. They build lasting relationships with customers, and advise them on the best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained. The Service BDC Representatives work with our Sales team, Service Advisors and experienced Technicians to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect.
What can I expect?
A Service BDC Representative joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using, including the overall aspects of the parts and service departments of the dealership.
This will begin with learning about each department in the dealership in order to understand how the teams work together. Training will include the various parts and service related tasks assigned to the role. The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for executing service processes with diligence, customer service and safety in mind. They will be required to provide each customer with a personalized service experience in order to foster excellent relationships within the dealership. This position also requires you to provide each customer with an experience that earns the right to their business.
The working hours for this position will be usually day shifts, with occasional weekends or evening shifts.

What do I need to be considered for this role?
The minimum schooling requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service.
