Performance Management

  • Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation framework that promotes accountability and professional growth across diverse teams.

Compensation Planning

  • Create and maintain formal pay scales and bonus plans for both employees and consultants, ensuring equitable and transparent compensation practices for each company.

HR Systems Optimization

  • Leverage existing platforms like BambooHR, Hubstaff, and SharePoint to improve HR workflow, reporting, and documentation in a shared service context.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure HR practices align with Ontario and Canadian labour legislation, and proactively monitor legal and regulatory updates applicable to both entities.

Document Management

  • Organize and maintain accurate records for employees and contractors, including contracts, handbooks, and HR compliance documents, across both companies.

Workforce Engagement

  • Support a positive and inclusive culture for a fully remote team by driving engagement, communication, and HR responsiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise assigned HR team members and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other departments in both organizations.
