Job Summary
Youll play a key role in driving sales, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction, creating an exciting and fulfilling work experience.
A Day in the Life:
  • Start Strong: Review project leads, plan your meetings, and follow up with high-potential clients.
  • Close Deals: Meet with homeowners to present siding options, then prepare and send a proposal. Follow up to address questions and close the deal.
  • Drive Sales: Follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and generate referral business.
  • Overcome Objections: Address concerns confidently, educate clients, and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Finish Strong: Evaluate your sales pipeline, track progress, and strategize to exceed your targets.

Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
  • Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.
Requirements
  • Availability Monday through Saturday.
  • Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
  • Valid drivers license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation for client visits.
