Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Associate. The main responsibilities include processing order entries, assisting customers with inquiries, and managing credit requests and mis-shipments. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, navigating multiple computer systems, and escalating issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process order entry transactions in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures.
- Handle inbound customer calls and proactively initiate outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all major product categories to effectively support customer inquiries and issues.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments, and provide proof of deliveries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer support while seamlessly navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
- Investigate and resolve issues independently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team or department when necessary.
