The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Business Manager to oversee dealership operations and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.
• Present and promote financial products such as extended warranties, service contracts, insurance, and other value-added services.
• Oversee the preparation of all sales-related financial paperwork, including loan contracts, lease agreements, and title transfers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve the profitability of every deal by maximizing sales of financial products.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with all government guidelines.
• Review business and set targets/goals with dealer principal/GM

Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or a related field of study
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry
• Retail auto or dealership experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, insurance products and related regulations
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passionate about sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, and experience with CRM systems
• Valid Driver's license and OMVIC certification

Job Type:

· Full-Time

Shift and Schedule:

· 8-hour shift

· Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base Salary: $800-$1,100 per month

· Commission pay

· 40 per week

Ability to commute:

• 365 Ecclestone Drive, Bracebridge ON, P1L 1T6 (reliably commute required)
