Key Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
- Manage payroll transactions, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
- Work with SAP payroll systems to ensure smooth processing and reporting.
- Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and troubleshooting payroll discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Expertise in SAP payroll systems is required.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
