We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to support payroll operations for our client, a leading firm from the Big 4. This part-time contract role requires a hands-on professional with full-cycle payroll experience and expertise in SAP payroll systems. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Manage payroll transactions, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
  • Work with SAP payroll systems to ensure smooth processing and reporting.
  • Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and troubleshooting payroll discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Expertise in SAP payroll systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
