Our client, a chiropractic clinic in Toronto, is looking for a non-registered kinesiologist or chiropractic assistant to work part time hours to start and then transition to full-time! Duties include: - Front desk administration work - Scheduling appointments - Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails - Learning hands on duties with the patient under the treating practitioner with modalities (IFC, US, traction, exercise instruction, perform posture pictures etc). - Initial patient assessment - Organizing patient flow - X-Ray marking Shift: - Must work afternoon to evening shifts - Mondays / Wednesdays 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Fridays 2:30 PM to 7:15 PM - Additional hours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays after training period (hours have potential to increase to 35-40 hours after 3 months) - Must be available for training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 1pm for a few weeks Requirements: - Educational background in Kinesiology or Chiropracting or Physiotherapy preferred. - Experience in a similar role is a strong asset - Must have a valid Social Insurance Number - Must be reliable with strong customer service skills - Ability to multi-task Apply today!
