Job Description and Responsibilities:
Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees
Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the administration
Manage the service department
Directly manage technicians
Dispatches service work
Create and reviews work orders as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3 years or more managerial experience in truck repair
Completion of post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree is an asset
Strong mathematical and financial analysis skills
Strong understanding of the truck and trailer service industry
Thorough knowledge of customer service dynamics and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Focus on efficiency - looks to accomplish the most with available time and resources
Ability to anticipate and deal with future problems and opportunities
Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
Effective problem solving and negotiating skills
Compensation:
