Responsibilities:
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
- This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages.
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %:
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration.
- 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc.
- Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing.
- Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
- Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset.
- Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript.
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
- Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
