We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst for our Calgary, AB office. The Credit Analyst is responsible for communicating with customers and internal staff to analyze credit information, solve problems, and ensure the timely payment of invoices. Responsibilities: * 70% collections 30% Credit analysis * Ability to handle a portfolio size of $20million. * Analyze the paying habits of accounts that are delinquent. * Daily follow up on delinquent customers via email and phone calls. * Analyze company credit experiences for new applications * Evaluate customer records and recommend credit limit changes or strategies on how to clear past due items on the account. * Reconcile accounts when customers have short paid invoices due to credit notes such as pricing, Unapplied cash, returns or tax adjustments. * Posting of AR cheques when needed. Skills & Qualifications: * Collection experience in the related industry is preferred * Get Paid knowledge is preferred * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) is required * Prior knowledge of Versa Pay & AS400 is an asset * Problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work well under pressure If you require any accommodation in the application process, please contact us with the “Need Help” button in Fitzii.
