We're seeking a dynamic Sr. Project Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering complex residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for driving the successful execution of large-scale builds—managing project planning, stakeholder communication, safety, quality, and financials.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in health, safety, and environmental protection across all project phases, applying the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) and ensuring compliance with all OH&S regulations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Project Quality Program to ensure high standards for materials and workmanship.
• Ensure all work is completed to approved plans, specifications, and building codes while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to track progress and resolve issues.
• Provide strong, collaborative leadership to construction teams, supporting performance and professional development.
• Identify project risks and opportunities to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
• Track and report all financial aspects of the project, including forecasts, budgeting, and billing.
• Manage the procurement process, including trade contractor and supplier negotiations and awards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in new-build residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
• Proven experience leading $80M+ projects.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of construction documents, schedules, cost control, and methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in constructability analysis, project planning, and issue resolution.
• Track record of building high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

This is a combined site and office-based role with occasional travel as required.
