Position Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with a strong background in capital markets, investment management, or investment banking.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data validation, ETL testing, SQL, and reporting tools, as well as working within agile teams and large datasets.
- Knowledge of financial products and systems such as SimCorp Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Tibco, and Azure Databricks is highly desirable.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a QA Analyst role with strong operational knowledge of capital markets, investment management, or investment banking.
- 5+ years of experience in a QA Analyst role performing:
- Review of requirements and design documents
- Creation of test plans, test cases, and test data
- Execution of test cases and reporting of defects
- Experience with ETL testing and data quality verification
- Proficient in SQL for data validation and reconciliation
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Ability to analyze and work with large datasets
- Knowledge of the investment management domain
Desirable Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting QA for one or more of the following:
- SimCorp Dimension
- Blackrock Aladdin
- eFront
- Tibco
- Azure Databricks
- 5+ years of experience in Agile QA environments
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience using Tibco in QA roles
- 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced SQL skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
- Certification or training in Agile or Scrum methodologies
