Acara solutions is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to work for our partner located in Toronto, Ontario who specializes in Transportation manufacturing.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $31.25/hr - $33.65 /hr DOE

Hours: 8am-5pm

Duration: Temporary- 6 months

Here's what you'd do:

The Project Coordinator is to support the Go Expansion Senior Management at Turnkey level on the activities related to Project Management Office, as:

• Reporting internal and external KPIs.
• Coordinating transversal internal and external reports.
• Overarching needs for production on plans and procedures.
• Coordinating meetings and diaries and project governance issues across subsystems, partners and customer.
• Develops and maintains details project dashboards.
• Support Senior Management in managing key information.
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
• Apply analytical skills to compile summary documents, e.g Monthly Progress Report, Management Plans, Project Delivery Reviews. Collect and include contributions of the Team.
  

Organizational Reporting

Report to the Alstom E&M PMO Manager

Required Skills:

University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent commercial background.

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of railway products and systems
• Conflict management and interpersonal skills

• Communication abilities to obtain collaboration from the matrix organization involved in the project
• Excellence in organizational and time management skills

• Anticipation, clear reporting
• Important: to have knowledgeable in all standard office tools (xls, word, mpp, ppt, outlook), Power BI (strong knowledge needed), Visio, Macro programming language, Project Management Software's.
