Account Manager – Commercial Interiors
Salary: $70k - $80k + uncapped commissions

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth within existing accounts while also identifying and securing new business. Reporting to the General Manager – VP of Sales, this role is ideal for a professional with experience managing complex sales cycles and competing priorities. The right candidate will build strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner to their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the A&D, CRE, GC, and Project Management sectors.
  • Stay informed about market trends, upcoming projects, and industry developments to drive strategic sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer activities, services, and personnel related to assigned accounts.
  • Oversee customer projects, coordinating internal teams including design, project management, and installation.
  • Attend client and project meetings, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and service contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Manage order processes from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities, proposals, and account management efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales goals and business growth.
