Fuego Ink is a new, private tattoo studio based out in Oakville. I'm fully booked until December, tattooing 5 days a week, 8-10 hours a day. With the studio growing, I'm looking for a dependable Studio Assistant to manage bookings, client communications, and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management

• Communicate with clients (inquiries, confirmations, follow-ups)

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and post regularly

• Perform light administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with social media (posting, engaging, content creation is a bonus)

• Friendly, professional, and reliable

• Comfortable working in a private, in-home studio environment

Schedule:
Full Time, flexible hours (aligned with studio schedule).

Pay:
Hourly, based on experience.
