We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our Oakville team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a supportive team.

What You'll Do

As a Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day appearance, organization, and efficiency of our lot and dealership grounds.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Moving, parking, and organizing vehicles on the lot to maximize space and presentation.
• Monitoring all vehicles for any damage, blemishes, or maintenance needs and reporting concerns promptly.
• Assisting with tire management and inventory, including transportation to and from storage.
• Supporting the service and detailing departments by ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for delivery or customer pick-up.
• Changing license plates and handling general vehicle preparation duties as required.
• Keeping the lot, shop, and common areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Performing regular quality checks and documentation in accordance with dealership standards.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You Bring

You're proactive, reliable, and take pride in a well-kept and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
• The ability to lift, lower, and carry light to heavy items such as tires and equipment.
• A high level of attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• A team-first attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all seasons.
